| Looking back from entrance of Maple Creek Cemetery is this other old house. I then drove down the hill and turned onto the road that runs below the cemetery and back toward the Lover PA entrance/exit onto I-70. This area is locally referred to as Twin Bridges Road and/or "Death Valley" (because in the past, a girl was killed on a train bridge that ran high above the the valley that this road goes into.) |
| House near the land that Lott (Lot) Winnett and wife, Hester Winnett, once owned. | Farm area nearer to where the Twin Bridges Road comes out on old Rt. 71 |
Houses on Twin Bridges Rd., then at the end, just ready to cross a bridge at the old trolley car cross-over area
(see all the debris from the recent "gulley washer" - flash flood that happened on Maple
Creek).
Intersection of Twin Bridges Road and Old Rt. 71/Maple Creek Road.
