part and Thomas ARNOLD of county and state aforesaid of the second part---for and consideration of fifty
($50.00) dollars --land to Thomas ARNOLD and his heirs and assigns all that message and tract of land
situate in Donegal Twp. Washington Co., PA--adjoining lands of VALENTINE, James CALDWELL--containing 4 acres 1/4 25 perches together with all and singular other the
houses, out houses, buildings, barns, stables, ways, woods, waters, water courses, rights, liberties,
privileges----
