Civil War Soldiers from Washington County

Karen states:

I found the following in my civil war research file, but I am unsure of the exact title of the source ( I believe it is from a report held in the W. Virginia Archives. These names were copied along with the letter of the alphabet 'G' that we were searching for our Geho ancestors. Someone might be able to use them though to further research via the National Archives, for their Washington county ancestors.

Crow, William, Private: Company H 11th Regiment of W. Va. Volunteer Infantry; MI at Fish Creek, W. Va., on 10/30/1863; age at time of enlistment 21; MO at Jane Lew, W. Va., date unknown.
Notes: Farmer, born Washington county, Pa.; credited to Wood County, W. Va. Re-enlisted as a Veteran Volunteer February 20, 1864, under General Order #191 War Department Series of 1863; captured November 28, 1864 at New Creek, W. Va.; enlisted January 25, 1862; transferred to Co. H 10th W. Va. Volunteer Infantry by order Major General Gibbon.
