Born August 28, 1891. The son of William and Drusilla Abbott Gollick of Roscoe, PA. Entered service September 25, 1918. Assigned to Camps Greenleaf and Merritt. Attached to Medical Department Hospital No.87. Embarked for overseas November 12, 1918. Returned June 21, 1919. Sailed overseas day after Armistice was signed. While overseas stationed at Toul Medical Headquarters. Honorably discharged in June 1919. Died May 5, 1936.
