THOMAS REDMAN, age about 20, died Mar. 1, 1880 in a coal bank near California, Pa. Son of John Redman of Waynesburg. Black. (W.O. Mar. 5, 1880).

JAMES REED, age about 72, died Jun. 4, 1880, in Hickory, of general debility. (W.O. Jun. 11, 1880).

ELIZA RUSH, age about 45, died Nov. 26, 1880, at the residence of her brother Robert Wilson, in Canonsburg. Widow of Patrick Rush, of Hopewell Twp. (W.O. Dec. 3, 1880).

PATRICK RUSH, age 81, died Aug. 18, 1880, in Hopewell. (W.O. Aug. 27, 1880).

IDA MAY RUTAN, age 4, died Jun. 22, 1880, in Buffalo Twp., of hemorrhage of the nose. Dau. of Frank & Ella Rutan. (W.O. Jun. 25, 1880).

JOHN F. RYAN, died Nov. 3, 1880, as a result of a R. R. accident. Ryan was traveling with others at night on a handcar to attend a democratic election rally at Greenfield. Between Lock 4 & Greenfield they hit an unattended flat car left on the main siding, which they could not see due to the darkness. (W.O. Nov. 5, 1880).
