Miss ANNIE RAMSEY, age 23?, died Jul. 31, 1880, in Hopewell Twp. Dau. of David Ramsey. (W.O. Aug. 13, 1880).

WILLIAM RAMSEY, age 69, died Jun. 30, 1880, after an illness of paralysis of eight months. Resided in South Strabane Twp. (W.R. Jun. 30, 1880).

LAURA B. REDD, age about 18, died Oct. 15, 1880, after an illness of four weeks of typhoid fever. Resident of Hillsboro, formerly of Washington, Pa. (W.O. Oct. 22, 1880). 

MARY ANN REDD, age 45?, died Aug. 30, 1880, at Hillsboro, of typhoid fever. Tollgate keeper. Widow of Jonathan Redd. (W.O. Sep. 10, 1880).

THOMAS REDMAN, age about 20, died Mar. 1, 1880 in a coal bank near California, Pa. Son of John Redman of Waynesburg. Black. (W.O. Mar. 5, 1880).

JAMES REED, age about 72, died Jun. 4, 1880, in Hickory, of general debility. (W.O. Jun. 11, 1880).

JEFFERSON REED, died Feb. 4, 1880 in Greenfield. Killed at the coal pit of A. J. Gregg. Leaves a wife & 2 children. Interred in Taylor Cemetery. (W.O. Feb. 13, 1880).

SALLIE A. REEKERS?, age 17, died Sep. 6, 1880, in Washington, of typhoid fever. (W.O. Jan. 7, 1881).

DANIEL RIAL, age 81, died Dec. 3, 1880, in Carroll Twp., of old age. A citizen of Carroll Twp. Interred in Monongahela Cemetery. (W.O. Dec. 10, 1880).

Infant RITCHEY, age 3 months, died Apr. 3, 1880, in Hopewell Twp, of tuberculosis meningitis. Son of J. S. & Drusilla Ritchey. (W.O. Apr. 23, 1880).

Miss MARY ELIZABETH ROBERTS, age 17, died Feb. 15, 1880 at the residence of Greer Smith, Somerset Twp., of scarlet fever. Dau. of Addison & M. J. Roberts of Washington. (W.O. Feb. 20, 1880).

WILLIAM ROBERTS, age 74?, died Mar. 1880, at the mouth of Mingo Creek near Monongahela City, of general debility. (W.O. Mar. 12, 1880).

JAMES ROBERTSON, age about 58, died Oct. 30, 1880, at Eldersville, from an internal rupture while attempting to lift a heavy gate. He was a blacksmith. (W.R. Nov. 4, 1880).

ROBERT T. ROBINSON, age 74, died Jan. 26, 1880, in Monongahela City, of disease of the heart. Interred in Monongahela Cemetery. (W.O. Feb. 6, 1880).

NATHEN ROCKEY, age about 50?, died Jul. 29, 1880, at his brotherís residence in Burnsville, of consumption. (W.O. Aug. 6, 1880).

ELIZA RUSH, age about 45, died Nov. 26, 1880, at the residence of her brother Robert Wilson, in Canonsburg. Widow of Patrick Rush, of Hopewell Twp. (W.O. Dec. 3, 1880).

PATRICK RUSH, age 81, died Aug. 18, 1880, in Hopewell. (W.O. Aug. 27, 1880).

IDA MAY RUTAN, age 4, died Jun. 22, 1880, in Buffalo Twp., of hemorrhage of the nose. Dau. of Frank & Ella Rutan. (W.O. Jun. 25, 1880).

JOHN F. RYAN, died Nov. 3, 1880, as a result of a R. R. accident. Ryan was traveling with others at night on a handcar to attend a democratic election rally at Greenfield. Between Lock 4 & Greenfield they hit an unattended flat car left on the main siding, which they could not see due to the darkness. (W.O. Nov. 5, 1880).

NANCY RYAN, died Jun. 21, 1880, in Waynesburg, Greene Co. Wife of Rev. W. M. Ryan, formerly of East Finley Twp., Wash. Co. (W.O. Jul. 2, 1880).
