LEWIS Stanley H. Lewis, 47, of Broad street, was dead on arrival at Washington Hospital Sunday, Oct. 4, 1959 at 10 a.m. following a year’s illness. Born in Deemston Borough Sept. 9, 1912, the son of Jesse and Martha Hopewell Lewis, he was a miner employed at the Ontario mind of the Youngstown Sheet and Tube Co. Mr. Lewis was a member of UMWA Local 5071. He is survived by his wife, Anne Roulic Lewis; two daughters, Donna, wife of Wayne Gray, Cokeburg, and deSales, at home; three sons, Stanley Jr., Gary L. and John L., all at home; a sister, Mrs. Wilbur Milby, Charleroi; four brothers, Glenn, Warren, O.; Donald, Lone Pine; Roy, Marianna, and John, Scenery Hill R.D.
