Elizabeth Essick Baker and Edward Perrin Baker lived in Independence Twp.  Elizabeth died sometime after 1910 and she is buried along with her husband Edward in the Upper Buffalo Cemetery, just across the WV line in Brooke Co., WV.

History of this website - The first PAGenWeb Washington County coordinator was Jean Suplick Matuson [who developed Chartiers.com.
