Elizabeth Essick Baker

 

 

Elizabeth Essick Baker was born March 1831 in Hopewell Twp. Washington Co., PA, a daughter of Rudolph Essick and Leah Humble.  She married Edward Perrin Baker from same area about 1852.  They had 7 children; Thomas, Arra Bell (my great-grandmother), Lewis, Rudolph, Edward P., Mary Ella J., & William.   

Elizabeth Essick Baker and Edward Perrin Baker lived in Independence Twp.  Elizabeth died sometime after 1910 and she is buried along with her husband Edward in the Upper Buffalo Cemetery, just across the WV line in Brooke Co., WV.
