The account of Daniel Gregg in right of his wife Mary formerly Mary Dixon executor of the Will of Samuel Dixon, dec'd. The final account of Daniel Gregg in right of his late wife Mary formerly Mary Dixon Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Samuel Dixon deceased as well as such and so much of the goods and chattels rights and credits which were of the said deceased in the hands of the executors at the time of their last settlement. as of his payments and disbursements out of the same, Viz.
* The said accountant charges himself with the balance remaining in the hands of the Executors on settlement with the registrar the 25th day of January AD 1800 as for account filed.
He also charges himself with the interest on the Legacy bequeathed to Sarah Bailey
Exhibited at the Registrar's office at Washington by the said executor the 22nd November AD 1815. Daniel Gregg Affirmed to and subscribed before me R. Colmery (?) Registrar.
The said accountant prays allowance for his payments and disbursements out of the same, Viz.
