The last will and testament of Elizabeth Morrison of Nottingham Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
I Elizabeth Morrison being of sound mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same, Do make and publish this my last will and testament.
I will that all my just debts be paid.
I will and bequeath to my Daughter Eleanor Stevenson and her children all the residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and chattels of what kind and nature
And I hereby appoint William P. Irwin of Carrol Township Washington County Pennsylvania Sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of July one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven.

Be it remembered that on this 18th day of February A.D. 1859 Before me H.J. Vankirk Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for said county came Benjamin Dickey and James Lamont the subscribing witnesses to the within foregoing will of Elizabeth Morrison decd who after being duly qualified according to law depose and say that they were present at the execution of said will, that they saw the said testatrix put her mark thereto, that they heard her acknowledge the same as and for her last will and testament, that at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other they subscribed their names as witnesses thereto, and that at the time of so doing the said testatrix was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their judgment, observation and belief.
