The Genealogy Club of the Harrisburg Area YMCA, West Shore Branch is dedicated to preserving our local and family histories by providing interesting and informative speakers to the public and by making the cemetery records of Cumberland County available for family researchers.

As an affiliated club of the YMCA, we are also dedicated to the overall YMCA mission, which is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
