FRANCIS MALLORY

* 1716 - charged, along with Ann, with adultery, in 1717 plead not guilty
* 17 Jun 1719 began contesting Myhill's will, in September filed suit in
Chancery
* 20 Jul 1720, suit was dismissed
* later filed appeal with the General Court, which in Oct 1735 ruled that
their son Johnson was a bastard

…which I suppose proves that hypocrites are not a modern phenomenon
