Name/Location of Paper
The numeric code will be consecutive with 100,000 numbers available to identify
publications within EACH geographic region.
Daily * = MF, MFSa, MFSu, or MFSaSu
Weekly ** = Less than Daily but more than Monthly
Years will use all four numbers. For example: 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, etc.
Month of Publication
Months will be 2-letters only. Use JA for January and 1st & 3rd letters for other months.
Day of Publication
Days will use two numbers only. Example: 01, 02, 03, 04, ... 29, 30, 31.
