PGCS Fees

Code License Charges

PGCS will provide a permanent license of one of its 7-character PGCS codes to each publication's name (for
any and all uses) for the following one-time charge: Fees are PGCS only income - used to develop, operate
and maintain website. The fees are certainly minimal.

Circulation Fee (US)

Under 10,000 $25

10,000 to under 50,000 $50

50,000 to under 100,000 $100

100,000 to under 500,000 $250

500,000 and greater $500

The use of PGCS coding not only in obits but possibly in connection with births, social and sports events,
general and business material is encouraged. We believe publishers will find additional benefits in this. And
remember, such expanded use is entirely up to the licensee – at no additional charge.

There is only one limitation on the use of a PGCS code: If the name of the publication to which the license is
granted ever changes, in any manner whatsoever, the license for the existing 7-character code ceases and a
new code must be licensed!
