MacLean, Jean

Mrs. Jean MacLean, 77, Clairemont Avenue, Stellarton, died Thursday, Oct. 15 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Stellarton, she was a daughter of the late Malcolm and Elizabeth (Sutherland) Murray. A life-long resident of Stellarton, she was a member of Sharon St. John United Church and the UCW. She had nursed at the old Aberdeen Hospital for a number of years. She is survived by a daughter, Joan (Mrs David Mollins), Winnipeg; two grandsons; several cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Earle; two brothers, Duncan and Evan; two sisters in infancy. Funeral service was Monday, Oct. 19 in H.C. MacQuarrie's Funeral Home, Stellarton, Rev. Norman MacDougall officiating. Burial was in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to any charity.
