MacMaster, John Graham
John Graham MacMaster, 50, Port Hawkesbury, formerly of Long Point, Inverness County, died Wednesday, Oct. 14 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Long Point, he was a son of Margaret (Graham) Master (sic) and the late John D. MacMaster. He was a member of Saint Joseph's Parish, Port Hawkesbury. He was self-employed as a contractor and fisherman. He was a past member of the Cape Nova KOC, and a member of the Cape Nova Gun Club. He is survived by his wife, the former Joyce MacDonald; two sons; a daughter, Cathy, New Glasgow; a sister; two foster-sisters. He was predeceased by a sister. Funeral mass was held Saturday, Oct. 17 in St. Joseph's Church, Port Hawkesbury, Rev. Regis Halloran and Col. MacLeod officiating. Burial was in Stella Maris Cemetery, Creignish. Donations may be made to any charity.
