MacMaster, John Graham

John Graham MacMaster, 50, Port Hawkesbury, formerly of Long Point, Inverness County, died Wednesday, Oct. 14 as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Long Point, he was a son of Margaret (Graham) Master (sic) and the late John D. MacMaster. He was a member of Saint Joseph's Parish, Port Hawkesbury. He was self-employed as a contractor and fisherman. He was a past member of the Cape Nova KOC, and a member of the Cape Nova Gun Club. He is survived by his wife, the former Joyce MacDonald; two sons; a daughter, Cathy, New Glasgow; a sister; two foster-sisters. He was predeceased by a sister. Funeral mass was held Saturday, Oct. 17 in St. Joseph's Church, Port Hawkesbury, Rev. Regis Halloran and Col. MacLeod officiating. Burial was in Stella Maris Cemetery, Creignish.
