Cora Edna (Dolly) Jack, 88, of East River St. Mary's, died Friday, January 19 {1990} in the Halifax Infirmary. Born in Goldboro, Guysborough County, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Dellas (Johnson) Hudson. She lived in East River St. Mary's for the past 40 years and was a member of the Church of England. She is survived by six daughters, Phyllis Taylor, Attleboro, Mass; Maxine (Mrs Donald Archibald), Upper Musquodoboit; Peg (Mrs Robert Fraser), East River St. Mary's; Muriel (Mrs John McManaman), Mississauga, {Toronto area, Ontario}; Vivian Hillier, Evelyn (Mrs Dale Urquhart), both of Westville; three sons, Milfor, Bryce, Robert, all of East River St. Mary's; four brothers, Bob, Trueman, Everett, Gerald, all of Country Harbour {Guysborough County}; three sisters, Dorothy (Mrs Everett Keith), Rita Sponagle, both of Country Harbour; Muriel Sullivan, Pictou; 33 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Wally; five brothers, Arthur, Lloyd, Edison, clarence, Spencer; three sisters, Garnetta, Helen, Winnie. Funeral was held Monday, January 22 {1990} in Lion Presbyterian Church, East River St. Mary's. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery {note* the only Valley View Cemetery I know is in Colchester County, near East Mountain, outside of Truro.}
