CONNELLY, Cornelius J.
Cornelius Joseph (Con) Connolly, 76, Vancouver, died December 12 {1989} in Burnaby General Hospital. Born in Stellarton, he was a son of the late James and Margaret Connolly. He was a graduate of St. Francis Xavier University in 1936 and worked for the Inter-Colonial Coal Company, Westville before moving to the West Coast where he was employed as an engineer with CMHC {Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation}. He is survived by his wife, Lorna; two sons, James, Raymond; two daughters, Marilyn, Sheila; five grandchildren. Funeral was held December 14 {1989} in Corpus Christi Church, Vancouver. Burial was in Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery.
