MacEACHERN, Ernest Joseph (Bob) - 56, Ohio, Antigonish Co., died September 20, 1997, in St.
Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of Amelia (Baxter)
MacEachern and the late Daniel George Mac-Eachern. He was employed by J.W. McCarron Ltd.
as a mechanic for the past 33 years. Surviving are his wife, Linda (MacLean); son, Duane, Ohio;
daughters, Gwen, Sussex, N.B.; Allana, Ohio; grandchildren, Kalyn and Kristyn; brothers, Hugh
Dan, North Grant; Johnny, Donnie, both of Pleasant Valley; twin sister, Stella Doucette, Toronto;
sisters, Theresa, Pleasant Valley; Monica Teasdale, Maryvale; a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister, Elizabeth. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today and Tuesday in MacIsaac
Funeral Home, 61 Pleasant St., Antigonish. Funeral 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Church, St.
Josephs, Rev. Daniel Boudreau officiating. Burial in parish cemetery. Memorial donations to
Canadian Cancer Society.
