DUNBAR, Gladys Eileen
DUNBAR, Gladys Eileen - 84, Lorne, Pictou Co., died September 12, 1997, in Aberdeen Hospital,New Glasgow. Born in Lowell, Mass., she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Edith (Hill) Tattrie. She lived all of her married life in Lorne. She attended the former Provincial Normal College in Truro and taught in various schools throughout Nova Scotia, including Lorne. She was a member of St. Columba United Church, Hopewell, and a life member of Golden Links UCW. Surviving are her husband, Andrew, daughters, Edith (Edie) Mrs. Donald Saunders Jr), Union Centre; Linda (Mrs. Michael Boudreault), Patricia, Montague, P.E.I., seven grandchildren; sisters, Bernice (Mrs. Dudley Mingo), Halifax, Corinne MacLanders, New Glasgow, borther, Edward, British Columbia. She was predeceased by brother Earl. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today, 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Sunday in H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton. Funeral 2 p.m. Monday in St. Columba United Church, Hopewell, Rev. Marjory Cornelius officiating. Burial in church cemetery. Donations to St. Columba United Church fund.
