- In the first line of the message please put the name
of the book from which you are requesting the lookup.
Be concise, but give enough information for the person
to find your information, if they have it. That means do not simply send
a list of names and expect the volunteer to know what to do. Please take some
time to write a well thought out request. It is not very productive for us to get a request which says nothing more than:
Searching for Jones. someone@their.e-mail.com - If you are not certain that your question is appropriate for a specific reference or volunteer, take the time to send the volunteer an email message and ask!
