What:

The CVHS Annual General Meeting where activities are reviewed, policy is set and the direction outlined for the following year. Open to all members and visitors.

When:

Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 7:30PM

Where:

Howick United Church Hall (basement), 2 Bridge St, Howick QC. Elevator access from the parking lot for mobility limited persons.

Cost

No charges.

Directions:

The church is located next to the bridge across the English River, a short distance from Lambton St. From Rte 138, take the Mill Road exit at the Georgetown Church and follow Mill Road (Rue Mill) and Lambton St. keeping left at any turn. From Rte 203, turn towards the Village and cross the bridge. The church is on your right beside the bridge.

What:

The Society will have its usual booth at Ormstown Fair. Volunteers to work at the booth are needed and the 2009 Journal will be ready for pick-up (the editors have promised).

When:

June 11-14, 2009

Ormstown Fair Grounds, Ormstown QC

There is a gate admission of $9 per person. Free parking on the grounds.
