On July the first 1887 the Queens Jubilee celebrations took place in Huntingdon, the following list of the invited guests is not as complete or as accurate as we would wish but it is the best we could compile. Where the date given of coming to the district was obviously incorrect or could not be obtained we have omitted it. Many gave the date of their coming to America instead of the date when they settled in the district of Beauharnois. Where names are omitted and the emissions are numerous it is owing to the cards not having been given to the door keepers. The figures after the names is the date of arrival in this district.
