Began career as engineer Darling Brothers Ltd. 1925; Sales Engineer 1928-30; Assistant Sales Manager 1931; Works Manager 1942; appointed General Manager 1946; elected Vice-President and General Manager 1949; elected President 1956. Member: Engineering Institute of Canada, Association of Professional Engineers of Quebec; Governor Montreal General Hospital; Past President Whitlock Golf Club. Married Dora J. Virtue, daughter of C. Virtue of Montreal, Que., Oct. 3, 1931. Has three children: Judith, Mary and Brian. Recreations: golf
and fishing.
