Wilson, George Samuel, Assistant Secretary of the Union of Canadian Municipalities. Born Montreal, 23 April, 1846; son of Samuel Wilson and Elizabeth Crocket. Married Edith A. Alport, of Belleville Ont.; one son, two daughters. Educated Montreal. Started life as a clerk in a book store; for 20 years engaged in the paper trade. In 1905 established the Canadian Municipal Journal, the organ of the federal and provincial Municipal unions in Canada; also conducts the Bureau of Municipal Information. Address: 6 Durocher
