ASHTON The Funeral of Mr. Henry Bagley (Henry William Bagley) was held at his residence in Berkley at 1:30 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Prayers were said at the house after which the sad procession wended its way to the Emanuel ME Methodist Church were the funeral (session)? Was (addressed)? by the pastor. Rev. Mr. Anderson.

The church was well filled by the relatives and friends of the deceased and the floral tributes were many and beautiful. Dr. Alexander Randall Fred Follett Arthur Williamson and Alfred Lincoln acted as bearers, and the internment was held immediately after the services at the church.
