Old Home Week
Newport, Rhode Island
Old Home Week was celebrated
in many cities in Rhode Island, as well as in other states, in the early
1900's. This material is apparently all from 1905 and is also designated
"Perry Day" and Carnival. In August of 1906 the postcards showing similar
decorations were labeled Carnival Week.
All of these postcards were printed in Germany for The Hugh C.
Leighton Co., Manufacturers, Portland, Me before 1907.
