Married Noel Coggeshall 11 March 1845, Portsmouth RI. Buried in Coggeshall family cemetery, Middletown. There are 2 tombstones next to hers, one for Frances ROGERS died 1871, and Joseph ROGERS died 1921. Presume they are 2 of her siblings. Need info on parents and any other siblings. Her husband Noel et al purchased "Black Point Farm", Portsmouth, from the ROGERS heirs; have copy of deed, signed by A. O'D. Taylor, dated 14 Feb. 1894. Also copy of his bill to a Mr. Joseph ROGERS, who was residing in Texas at that time. Is there any connection to Rogers High School in Newport? Any info greatly appreciated.

Looking for any information on three brothers born in Tiverton 1750-1760. Pardon FISH, Caleb FISH, Abner FISH. All three brothers removed to New York State during the Revolutionary War, settling in Dutchess and Saratoga and Essex counties.
I am looking for information on Samuel SHERMAN, he was born 19 December 1765 in Portsmouth, Newport Co., RI. His wife was Susanna PEARCE/PIERCE. Their son was Ira Pearce Sherman, who moved from RI to Troy, Bradford Co., Pa. He died there in 1889. Ira was one of 13 children, six who came to Pa. and the others remained in RI.
