Fair Spring

A tract cut off from Woodboo to furnish a homestead to Robert Mazyck, son of Stephen of Woodboo. It was sold to Mr. Markley.
On this place is found that valuable marsh known to agriculturists as Green sand. The broken ground and numerous live oaks which are dispersed park-like about the lawn, render the place one of the most picturesque in the country.
