(This photo was taken in 1957 on the Ridgeway family farm which was off of Oak Grove Road about a mile beyond Oak Grove Methodist Church, a few miles from the town of Manning in Clarendon County. The Ridgeways were farmers and they also ran an old country store out by the highway. The building in the backgroud is a chicken coop.)
