REDMOND-I have an IGI Index for South
Carolina
that states that George Washington Redmond was born in Sumter Co., S.C.
in 1791. His father is shown as Philla Mahoy Redmond. I cannot find any
futher evidence of George's parents and siblings or location of
residence
of parents or burial place of any Redmonds. Any help would be
appreciated.

ERVIN-I am looking for information on my
gg grandparents and specifically any information on my gg grandmother.
My gg grandfather was Robert William Ervin who was a physician in
Clarednon
Co. He married Lousia Agnes Martha Stukes. Robert's parents were Samuel
Ervin and Martha Wl Marion (who was a relative to Francis Marion)- they
were from Berkeley Co., St. John's Parish. Samuel's parents were Robert
Ervin and Susanna(h). I don't know her maiden name. I have some
sketchny
information prior to Robert but do have quite a bit on Robert and
Susanna
on down. Other names on my list are JAMES, ELLISON, FULTON.

LEE- I am trying to find information on
my gggrandfather, Simon Lee (believed to have been born c. 1828) m.

Lee. Anne Lee was b. 1830 in Sumter District and d. 17 Nov 1899 in
Florence
Co., S.C. Annee was the dau. of David Harrison Lee and Anna McAlister.
the children of Simon and Anne Lee were Andrew Jackson, William
Jeffereson,
Robert E., Lewis, Laura Jane, and Evert Egusta lee. I would very much
like
to find the name of Simon Lee's father and grandfather and perhaps
where
he is buried. He died before 1880 and apparently is not buried with his
wife. His fahter may have aslo been named Simon. Simon Lee served in
the
Civil War with Company I, 26th Infantry along with other Lees from
Williamsburg
Co., S.C.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Moses R. Livingston b. 18 March 1801 married to Elizabeth Parler b. 26
Feb 1822 and d. 11 Oct 1878. Will was probated in Clarendon Co. in
1878.
Have been unable to locate any information as to his father and mother.
There was a Moses Livingston who was a SC Patriot, American Rev., but I
have no idea if he was my Moses' father. Any help would be appreciated.
