A list from US Geological Survey (GNIS) mapping service can be found by clicking here. If you have additional information such as histories, locations or a listing of burials, please let me know and I will be glad to add the information here.
There is a mailing list called SC-Cemeteries. It is a mailing list for anyone interested in locating, and preserving historical information about, Alabama cemeteries or sharing information about them. To subscribe to this list click here.
Libraries and Historical Societies
Often, a local library or Historical Society may have cemetery information available for the older cemeteries in the region. Otherwise, the LDS-Family History Centers will have access to microfilm, if available.
A link has been provided for the Funeral Net. This provides an interface into the search engine that will provide listings of funeral homes in the area provided in the search.
If you can add any information for obtaining cemetery listings and information, please let us know.

Golowka I do not live in South
Carolina so I am unable to help with your personal
research questions. All the information I know about
Edgefield County is posted promptly on this site.
Please visit the "Research
Resources" section of this
site. I would suggest that if you don't find the
information your looking for here, that you join the
email list and post your question on the query
board. The more places you ask
the question, the better your chances of getting an
answer. SCGenWeb
