           GENEALOGY FORMS

Forms are an important part of Genealogy. Forms help us organize information. They help us obtain information from the Federal Census forms. They tell us where we have been, what resources we have viewed, what letters have been sent, and what resources we have received. They may help others know what information came from what source. Our forms tell us where we have been so we don't have to repeat our efforts.

The forms we use today may help others continue our work when we are no longer here.

Below are links to forms, in a variety of formats, that are available on the Internet.
