Trying to find information on my GGG Grandfather, Joseph or Johnnie GRAHAM. He was born 3/25/1821 in Ayr Scotland. He married Elizabeth SKINNER (b. 1827 in Horry County) in 1844 and lived in the Cool Springs area. If anyone else is researching these folks, I would love to hear from you. I do not have much info prior to these two.

HARDEE, HARDY, JOHNSON, JOHNSTON posted by Shelia Johnston Bowman on Wednesday, August 2, 2000

Searching for information on my grandfather's family. His name was Jesse Johnson. Some of the family used the JOHNSON spelling and some used JOHNSTON. I was told that he was born in Horry Co. S.C. in 1896(?). His mother's name was Mary Francis Hardy or Hardee. (Sp. not sure). I think his father's name was Andrew. He had a brother Tilman and a sister Masie. Anyone with info. can contact me at Charlies_ma@hotmail.com.

BARNHILL, DORMAN, HARDWICK, HOLMES, JOHNSON, JOHNSTON, RHEA posted by Mike Johnson on Tuesday, August 8, 2000

My oldest relatives in Horry are Meshach Johnson (b.1795) father of Capt. A. H. Johnson and many more Johnsons. Rebecca Rhea (b 1804) was Meshach's wife. Ben Dorman was one of my grandfathers as well as Joseph Barnhill. Joe's wife was N. J. Holmes, reckon it was probably Nancy Jane? Elizabeth Hardwick b.25 Feb 1846 is my furtherest back Hardwick. My question is does anyone have information on any of these peoples mothers and fathers or brothers and sisters. I can share a great deal about their descendants.
