To prevent any deception should the within deposition fall into the hands of any other person whatsoever, here follows description of DANIEL MANN. Age - about 38 years - 5 ft. 5 1/2 inches high without shoes, a yellow negro man, with short curly hair, a large scar on right cheek, and another small scar on the forehead near the edge of the hair.
