In the name of God, Amen I Elizabeth Broadaway of Sumter district being weak of body but of sound mind do make this my will as follows. to wit.
I give devise & bequeath all my real & personal estate to Joseph Broadaway & James McElevain[?]. & their heirs forever but it is my will the the same be all sold. That the interest thereof be expended on their maintenance & education and I appoint George Broadaway to act as their Trustee, and executor hereof.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of September AD. 1822.
