Page 259: Will of Moses Nix of Union District . . . my daughters Polly and Ann shall have each a bed and cow, such as my wife shall think fit to let them have as all the rest of my children has had as much; to my wife Rebecca Nix, all of my property, and after her decease to my daughter Lotty Whitehead, 20 acreas of land adj. Robert Lamb, William Huff; remainder to be equally divided among all my children Joseph Nix, Ann Nix, Miles Nix, Vincy Jackson, Polly Nix, Rebecca Huckaby, Lotty Whitehead; my wife and friend Jesse Dodd Sen., exrs.
