There are 28 Plates in the atlas. Plates 1-24 are of the City of Scranton (as configured in 1898). Plates 25-28 cover the Borough of Dunmore. Buildings and establishments are labeled with owner names. Maps also show building construction materials, city lot and block numbers, sewer lines, water mains and fire hydrants, ward lines, steam railroad tracks, etc. I do not have the title page or any other pages. The pink lines show the original Patents of Ebenezer & Benjamin Slocum, Tripp and others. Green lines are political boundaries, such as Wards, Boroughs and Townships. Circled numbers indicate adjacent plate numbers.
