Warranty Deed

The domestic and Forign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America, grantor, a corporation of the State of New York, and for and in consideration of one dollar, grants, conveys and warrants to the Chapter of Calvary Cathedral, Grantee, a corporation of the State of South Dakota and whose Post Office address is Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the following described real estate in the County of Bennett in the State of South Dakota:

The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section thirteen (13) and the west half of the northwest quarter of Section twenty-four (24) in Township thirty-six (36) north of Range thirty-seven (37) containing 120 acres; and the northwest quarter of Section thirty-fife (35) in Township thirty-seven (37) north of Range thirty-nine (39) containing 160 acres; and lots three (3) and four (4) and the south west quarter of the north west quarter of Section four (4) in Township thirty-eight (38) north of Range thirty-nine (39) containing 120.09 acres; all of the aforesaid tracts lying and being west of the Sixth Principal Merisan.

Subject to the right of way reserved by the United States for ditches or canals constructed by the authority of the United States.

This instrument is ececuted pursuant to a resolution adopted by the grantor corporation.
