Speed JONES5-778 was born about 1824 and died in 1900 in Harlan County, Kentucky. He is the son of John JONES5-4115 and one of John NOE's daughters1. Speed was a merchant in Harlan and Bell Counties. In 1845H*, he married Mary SERGENT born ca 1827 daughter of Ephraim and Deborah BYRD SERGENT.
