LEINENWEBER, MARTIN - German.  Came to this district over the trail via Battleford in the spring of 1906 from Spencer, Iowa, with his parents and with a full line of settlers effects and horses.  They built a sod dwelling and Martin farmed 480 acres until retired to live at Wilkie.  A son M. A. lives at Landis.  A daughters, Margaret Haas, lived at Landis and another Eleanor Neigun lives at 728 Athol St. Regina.
