SALESKI, JOHN (deceased) - German-American.  Came to this district in the spring of 1906 with his wife and four sons, from Courtenay, ND via North Battleford.  They brought two carloads of stock and effects and increased their holdings from one homestead to three and a quarter sections.  Mr. Salewski married Elizabeth Falk in the United States in 1891.  There are six sons, John, Tony, Bernard, Adolph, August and Philip all of Wilkie.  One daughter, Mrs. Hilda Delaney, also lives here.
