| Comments 1: This is an example of a person who is not a member of the Swedish National Church ("Svenska Kyrkan"). She is not baptized, not confirmed, has not received the Holy Communion and is declared unmarried by ref to special law - i.e. not from the knowledge of not being married by the Swedish church. Read the HFL - several volumes - to see any note about this. Also check records of Swedish-American churches in the area where she was in the US to see what other church she may have belonged to. 2: Also note that the language is more modern and spelling also modernized compared to examples # 1 and 2 |
