Värmland Landskap
(province)
Värmland is almost the same area as Värmlands län (Karlskoga kommun is in Värmland province but in Örebro län). It is located north of lake Vänern and divided into about 100 socknar. Area: 19 980 sqkm. Pop: 332 000 (1981). Many forests and lakes.
