And now in Vacation before me Charles Macarthy Ordinary of Said County personally came Thomas L. Burden and Beaugord Stallworth two of the Subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing who being duly Sworn Say that they Saw Charlotte Hammack the tesatrix Sign the Same by making her mark under Seal and that She published and declared the same to be her last will and Testament, that testatrix executed the same freely and without compulsion and She was at the time of executing the same of Sound mind and memory and that deponets signed the same a witnesses with George W. Stribling at the request of Testatrix in her presence and in the presence of each other.
