costs & plaintiff discontinues his suit. Therefore it is considered by the
court that the said Henry Grindstaff do recover over against the said Robert
Baker his costs & charges put to & about his suit now here adjudged to the
said Henry Grindstaff which said cost amount to $3.87 & 5 mills and that the
