Flag Retirement

     The Avery Trace Chapter, NSDAR has formed a partnership with the Kingston Boy Scouts of America Troop 101 to ceremoniously retire American flags.  We currently have a large collection box in the lobby of the historic old Roane County Courthouse for residents and businesses to deposit their flags for ceremonious retirement.
