Support the wounded military personnel at Landstuhl Regional Medical
Center in Germany. •
Support the men and women engaged in fighting the war on

Promote the proper use and placement of the Insignia and the wearing of
the Insignia pin, the official
ribbon, and the placement of the various service bars and pins upon the
