ALMA LUE BROWN, DAUGHTER OF REV. GEORGE W. AND MARTHA E. (STINSON) BROWN
1st picture left to right: Alma Lue Brown (1904-1961), Unknown Male, Unknown Female
2nd picture left to right: Same Unknown Female, Ida Arlena BROWN (c.1913-1988), Alma Lue BROWN
Both pictures were taken about 1920 when Alma was about 16 years old. Alma and the others appear to be dressed for church or a special occasion.

Alma Lue BROWN was born 12 Dec 1904 in Beech Bottom, Clinton Co., KY. On 24 May 1927 she married Lonnie Beckam BERTRAM in Fentress Co., TN, where they lived and reared a family. They were well known around the Allardt community where they owned a farm. Beckam, her husband, was originally from Sunnybrook, Wayne Co., KY. They are both buried at Sunnybrook in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Anna Bertram

The man is George W. SMITH (he married Juda GARRETT daughter of Abraham & Margaret Flowers GARRETT) and it is noted that the two girls with him are GARRETT's. Maybe someone could help identify them

EASTERLY?

My great grandmother, Bertie V. Amonett Winningham had this picture and gave it to me. When I was a kid, she told me these two were Addie and George EASTLY, although I suspect I misheard her and the name was supposed to be EASTERLY. Nobody remembers these people so far. Any one know who they are??

HINDS?

Some people have identified this couple as my great grandma, Isabelle SMITH HINDS with her first husband, John HINDS. He died just months after they were married. I would like for others to see it and see who they think it is

Unknown SMITH

Uncle Hershel SMITH has this picture but does not know who it is. I wonder if it might be a SMITH, maybe one of GGgrandma Samantha SMITH's girls. Just a guess, though.

Do any of you recognize her?

SMITH Family

From left to right:

This is a picture of my Great great grandfather, Pearson "Pierce" SMITH, unknown little girl in front of him, someone said Willie RICH's dad is beside him, the lady standing behind the seated lady is my great grandma, Isabelle Smith Hinds SMITH, the lady seated is her mom, Mary Gunter SMITH, unknow baby, and the last woman is Emily Rosetta Smith ROBBINS, sister to Isabelle. Would love to be able to identify the two little girls. I do know that Aunt Rosetta had two little girls, but we don't think that is who they are

#1 Unknown WINNINGHAM Collection

Got this from my Great Grandma, Bertie Amonett WINNINGHAM. It is a very large picture in an old frame. My mother has had it ever since I can remember. Sad thing is that none of us remember who this man was. Hints are: WINNINGHAM, GARRETT, AMONETTE, JACKSON
