BLAKE RUTLAND was a witness to the will of JOHN NARSWORTHY, dated July 1, 1789, Northampton Co., NC. In this will, the testator leaves as residual heirs to his wife, ANN, all of his children except his daughter, PARMELA RUTLAND.
