Patterson Mill

Patterson Mill, a pre-Revolutionary center offered a place of refuge against Indian Raids because it had barricades. It was also a place where men went to register for military service. It has been known by several other names. It was destroyed by fire on Halloween Night, 1975. Only the chimney and water-wheel were left standing.
